Good Life Restoration is seeking a motivated Loss Consultant to join our growing team. This full-time,
salaried position is in East Bay Area California.

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect fire-damaged residential properties and assess damage.
• Review insurance policies and documentation to understand coverage.
• Create accurate repair and restoration estimates.
• Communicate with policyholders, adjusters, and contractors.
• Negotiate pricing and settlement terms.
• Prepare detailed reports and support claim resolutions.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the reconstruction process.
  
  What You Bring:
• Knowledge or willingness to learn construction and estimating practices.
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
